Mediation
Chad is a fervent believer that Alternative Dispute Resolution, specifically mediation, is the best and most cost-effective tool for parties to resolve their differences. He’s grateful for the privilege to both negotiate on behalf of a party and serve as the mediator of a dispute. Chad has completed over 40 hours of mediation training, and he’s a registered mediator with the Mediation Association of Colorado.
Expert Witness Preparation
Expert witnesses are a vital part of litigation, but many experts are inexperienced when it comes to the legal requirements of the rules of evidence governing expert opinions, various court rules regarding expert disclosures, and how to handle cross-examination during a deposition and at trial. This inexperience can often result in an expert being limited, or even stricken, by a court.
For over 20 years, Chad Lieberman has been working with experts in a wide range of fields to help them prepare their reports, files, and testimony. He has worked with experts in engineering, accident reconstruction, vehicle dynamics, biomechanics, food processing, poison, mold remediation, construction, medicine, music production, and more.
Chad provides consulting services directly to experts to help guide them through the litigation minefield, draft responses to motions challenging their expert testimony, and prepare them for depositions and trial testimony.
